Our Briskets begin as fresh, Black Angus and are rubbed with a secret Pit Pop blend of spices and smoked to perfection. We also are offering Saint Louis Style Pork Ribs. It is a bigger meatier version of the baby back rib. We also have smoked, Chappel Hill Link Sausage! All of it freezes well and you can have delicious smoked meats all year long. Just in time for your Super Bowl party!
